It's a great game, but once I get past level 200 on Android it consistently lags and crashes with some error related to Google Play. Both this game and my Play app are up-to-date. I followed all steps from support, even uninstalling and reinstalling this game with same result. That's how I found out there is no back up for the game: I lost everything and had to restart. I assumed it was being backed up through GPlay Games, hence the error. Never had this issue with other games. Sadly unplayable.

I really liked this game I would of played this forever and I spend money too! but it stopped working and wouldn't load it kept telling me to contact customer support. I did and got a response that I was in que. days later I still haven't heard anything but the game loads now buuuttt it constantly freezes. so " ain't nobody got time for that" so unfortunately I must uninstall and move on to another game.

Great game but I am not sure what's wrong with you guys. Suddenly after a few days the game starts showing error while you open it. I waited for a few days, raised the issue via email but had to uninstall meaning all progress lost. I came so far again but now the game just keeps on loading & doesn't open. You guys need to fix this.
